To guarantee your date and/or a location, a non-refundable deposit is required.
Your minimum guest count guarantee is due 14 days prior to your event. If you need to increase your guest count from this guaranteed number, you may do so until 3 days prior.
Should you have additional guests arrive at your event, we will do our best to accommodate these guests and a supplemental invoice will be provided after the event.
As a kosher caterer, Richter Caterers provides all your china, glassware and silverware. The usages of our equipment is included with the Event Production fee.

Absolutely! whether you have a menu in mind or would like us to design one for you, that’s what we’re here for.
Certainly! You may like the look of both entrees on a menu or have fussy friends to cater for. Once you’ve chosen your menu, we can arrange an alternate drop for an extra charge, as this means the chef is creating two different meals instead of one. The cost will depend on your guest numbers and chosen menu.
